What is Cyber Security?

- BE/BTech in Cyber Security is a four-year, full-time program offered by renowned universities all over India. It focuses on an extensive understanding of Cyber Crime, Network Security, Intrusion, Detection, and Prevention applications, along with the Design and Evaluation of Algorithms.
- Scope of Cyber Security in India: There are multiple opportunities in Information Security for people with an educational background in Cyber Security. The job market is experiencing strong demand for these skills. Studies indicate that there have been more than 5 million open cyber security positions worldwide in the past few years, with 67,000 openings in the nation alone. The International Data Corporation (IDC) forecasts that worldwide cyber security spending will reach $174.7 billion in 2024
